These plans offer a variety of deductibles and co-insurance
options, (ex: 80%-20%) coverage. These programs also give
you the option of using a "non-network" provider for reduced
coverage. There are usually co-pays for office visits and
prescriptions and most plans offer accident benefits that protect
against these types of issues.
